Inniswood Metro Gardens

Inniswood Metro Garden is located in Columbus, Ohio. Inniswood is a park of over 100 acres. A metro park can benefit a community by giving citizens a place to escape the city as well as offer educational courses and community events. Additionally, metro parks offer areas of refuge for wildlife who would otherwise be driven out of their natural and original habitats by humans moving in. Inniswood is home to a variety of plant, animal, and insect species. Inniswood is funded largely by members as well as Ohio Metro Parks, and run primarily by a big team of volunteers. Because I was born in Columbus I have been visiting Inniswood my whole life. During my most recent visit I decided to document the spring blooms.
